Atlantic NeuroSurgical Specialists Celebrates 50 Years in Practice

September 30, 2008 Morristown, NJ…Atlantic NeuroSurgical Specialists (ANS), the largest neurosurgical practice in New Jersey, recently celebrated 50 years in practice.  In recognition of its 50 years of medical contributions to the community, ANS received a Presidential Proclamation from President George W. Bush and First Lady Laura Bush.

ANS celebrated the occasion September 26 at the Park Avenue Club in Florham Park, NJ.  Mrs. Amy Liss, whose late husband Dr. Henry Liss founded the practice, was in attendance and presented the Presidential Proclamation to Dr. Edward Zampella, President of ANS.

“ANS is proud of our service to the community and to our patients,” states Dr. Zampella.  “Over the past 50 years, our practice has been a leader in using innovative techniques and new technology to improve our patients’ lives.  It is an honor to receive the Presidential Proclamation, and ANS looks forward to many more years of serving our community.”
